The present work presents as its center of interest the development of an application, entitled ChemyKin, for teaching Chemistry, structured based on concepts linked to Chemical Kinetics, aiming to build an interactive and appropriate educational environment, with personalized resources that meet the needs of learning for young people. The research was developed based on principles defined in the qualitative approach, following the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) model. Which provides a systematic approach to developing training and learning programs and constructing teaching materials, ensuring they are effective, efficient and meet the needs of students. The instructional designer sought to develop attitudinal, procedural and conceptual content, taking into account the use and appropriation of various Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DIT), allowing students to access short videos, experiments, simulators, concept maps, didactic games and the visualization of concepts, graphics and images that assist in the learning process. Thus, integrating technology into the teaching and learning process as a powerful tool to improve this process, adapting teaching to the learning style of each student. Being able to monitor progress as well as analyze performance data on a large scale.
