This report aims to lecture about the professional practice operationalized in the Technological Incubator of João Câmara Campus - ITJC, intending to relate the learning acquired during the formation of the higher education course of Technology in Marketing at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN) - Campus Zona Norte (IFZN), with the experiences developed in the organization aiming to contribute to the organizational, performance through the development of branding strategies and the maintenance of visual identity to reposition the Incubator and strengthen its image in the market. As an improvement proposal, a briefing followed by a Brand Management Plan was developed with the intention of awakening a new look for the Institution under the expectations of its stakeholders. The reason for choosing this procedure arose when observing the need to restructure ITJC's image according to its purpose of operation and, in addition, to have the opportunity to gather a set of information arising from the knowledge obtained during the study of the subject Brand Management aligned with the experience obtained during the internship.
