The mentioned work highlights as its scope to present a proposal of marketing strategies for the company Retoque Brinquedos aiming a broad orientation of the promotional processes of its labor and social activity. In order to do so, it was demonstrated the marketing compounds of the enterprise to base the reality of the company so that suitable measures were suggested. This work was guided by an enlightening interview with the craftsman Romildo Félix, who is responsible for the aforementioned company, which evidenced the existence of the need to make several improvements in order to boost the company's image, promote its popular toys and its assembly workshop. To this end, it was suggested the effective organizational use of the digital marketing tools, outlined in the creation of an institutional website and two very important social media, instagram and facebook identifying the benefits in terms of their use as a marketing channel and communication with their would-be customers.
