The competitiveness allied to the immediate technological transformations, forced the institutions to seek the implementation of new business patterns that help in optimizing processes of decision-making. This work reports the experience about the teaching-learning evaluation process in IFRN, featuring the situation-problem that boosted the reformulation and computerization proposal. The main forwarding about this reformulation process was the creation of an informatized evaluation system wich collects data from teachers and students and perform the crosschecking of these, generating reports with graphics in PDF format. For that has being developed SIAPA (Teaching-Learning Process Evaluation System of IFRN) that will be used in a length of time (2 weeks every two months); the System managers are ETEP members (Pedagogical Technician Team of CNAT). The System is accessible to users (students and teachers) only to data entry (answering questionnaires) and each user will have login and password defined by system manager. The proposal is that the system assists in pedagogical practice with regard to the monitoring and evaluation of the teaching-learning process.
