Relatório da atividade prática efetiva : Coordenação de Tecnologia da Informação do IFRN Campus Canguaretama

Abstract

This report describes the activities developed and the knowledge acquired during participation in the IFRN Student Training Support Program, within the Information Technology Coordination (CTI) of the Canguaretama Campus. The activities ranged from technical support and preventive and corrective hardware maintenance to direct user assistance. The management of these services occurred via the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP), through the resolution of technical requests opened by staff, students, outsourced workers, and visitors. In the support area, demands related to software, operating systems, and hardware infrastructure were resolved. The experience allowed for an understanding of the strategic role of the CTI in the continuity of academic and administrative activities, highlighting the practical challenges of IT routines. It is concluded that participation in the program strengthened the student's technical training, preparing them for the demands of the job market.
