This paper presents the transposition of techniques from the Cognitive-Behavioral
Approach, grounded in the theoretical contributions of Aaron Beck and Judith Beck, to
the teacher/learner relationship within classroom learning contexts. It involves
adaptations and adjustments of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy strategies—specifically
those related to the structure of initial sessions, behavioral activation, and homework
assignments—to promote advances in pedagogical practice. These adaptations aim to
foster learner autonomy and inclusion by facilitating the teacher/learner relationship.
