Physics Education in Brazil primarily relies on textbooks and handouts, using texts and images as head pedagogical support. However, the representation of complex concepts, such as those of Uniform Circular Motion (UCM), through static pictures proves insufficient to address topics like period, frequency, and centripetal acceleration. Given this gap, we propose to use GIFs (Graphics Interchange Format) as an innovative didactic source capable of dynamically illustrating UCM concepts and serving as an evaluative tool. For the creation of the GIFs, the Python programming language was employed, with the aid of mathematical and graphical libraries, allowing the customization of animations according to the concepts covered in the school curriculum. A didactic sequence, based on the produced GIFs, was applied to 9th-grade classes in Elementary School, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness of this tool in the teaching-learning process. As a result, 19 GIFs were developed covering the main concepts of UCM, such as period, frequency, angular displacement, angular velocity, angular acceleration, centripetal acceleration, and transmission of circular motion. Additionally, an experience report on the application of the didactic sequence was conducted, highlighting the students' receptiveness and facilitation of concept assimilation. The creation of these GIFs demonstrates the potential of educational media in Physics teaching and paves the way for future investigations into the use of digital technologies in scientific education.
