Mulheres estudantes da EJA : memórias, trajetórias e impasses para escolarização

This study is the result of the Completion Work of a Specialization Course in Youth and Adult Education in the Context of Diversity, offered by the Federal Institute of
Education, Sciences and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte – IFRN – Campus
Canguaretama/RN. The research sought to investigate the reasons and difficulties
encountered by women who return to school in the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) modality based on their own narratives. The proposal consists of knowing, recording and giving importance to the experiences of EJA students, from Escola Municipal João Guió, which is located on the street: Leônidas de Paula nº 255, center CEP: 59170-000 in the municipality of Arez in the state of Rio Grande do NorteRN, located 59 kilometers from the capital Natal/RN. That through the collection of testimonies using the oral history methodology. Semi-structured interviews were used as a methodological resource to understand the changes in these women's lives and how they adapted to this environment. To achieve this, the study sought support from the following authors: Guacira Lopes Louro (1997), Heleieth Saffioti (1992), Joan Scott(1990), Chimamanda Adiche (2015).
