This monograph has as its theme the Kepler Laws that are fundamental for the understanding of the movements of the planets, of the natural and artificial satellites and of any body that orbits another under the influence of the gravitation, being this content obligatory in the Teaching of Physics in the High School of the Brazil. The use of new technologies for the teaching of physics, around the laws of Kepler with the use of computational simulations, precisely the use of the Planetary Orbit Simulator, developed and available on the site of the University of Nebraska, United States is problematic. The objective is to make a bibliographical survey about the Laws of Kepler, starting from the beginnings of Astronomy to its application in the current Physics Teaching using the simulator mentioned above. The research also used the technique of applying a questionnaire on the Laws of Kepler in two classes of the 1st year of high school in a public school. In one of the classes the use of computational simulations was done, while in the other the same content was approached without using the simulator. This allowed us to make a comparative analysis in order to understand how the use of a new technology can facilitate the understanding of content. It is considered that the results of this study constitute knowledge about the Teaching of Laws of Kepler and can contribute to the teaching and learning of Physics in High School, in the sense in which it is concluded that teaching using new technologies awakens the curiosity of students, Increases interactivity and facilitates the understanding of content passed on.
