School dropout is a challenge that negatively impacts the educational system, resulting in academic and social consequences harmful to students and society as a whole. In the field of Information Technology (IT), where the demand for qualified professionals is high and constantly growing, school dropout can have an even more significant impact, as proper training is essential for success in this dynamic and competitive sector. After administering questionnaires and conducting interviews with students and educators from the Academic Management and Information Technology Directorate (DIATINF), it was identified that lack of information and communication about the services provided by the Technical Pedagogical Team (ETEP) are some of the causes of the problem. This thesis aims to present a requirements analysis for the development of technological solutions for the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP), as assistance in the prevention and combat of dropout in the Technology in Analysis and Development (TADS) and Computer Networks Technology courses. Thus, this work seeks to contribute to understanding the role of requirements analysis in ETEP as an important strategy for the development of effective technological solutions to reduce the dropout rate.
