Following this line of reasoning, the methodology consists of interviews with professionals from the volleyball teaching network, looking for tensions about the difficulties in training and training athletes and how this will contribute or harm. The result of the research took place in interviews with qualified professionals of volleyball itself, where they shared experiences of their professional life and how they face criticism and evolution of their students. Where in our perspective, it also brought us learning and a different vision than we had before. Starting from the fact that volleyball students must have a basic training, where sport procedures are developed, they still feel a need that volleyball is not as well seen as other sports, however, despite their difficulties, they consider the very important sport for your academic and personal growth, where your interest in learning is greater than your difficulties. Where the physical educators interviewed, show that they carry an efficient planning, inserting other sports, mainly volleyball, so that everyone has a better motivation and feel free to practice the sport they want.
