The Dialogue between geography and mathematics learning of Cartography in the
Degree in Geography IFRN / Campus Natal Central, is the subject of this study,
resulting from qualitative research applied to students
of the Geography and teacher who taught Cartography discipline, both said
institution. The overall objective is to understand the relationship between
geography and mathematics learning of the students of the Degree in Geography
and the construction of the Cartographic knowledge, aiming to relate the possible
difficulties that students present in Mathematics and the influence of these
difficulties in the construction of knowledge cartographic. The constructivist theory
and analysis through qualitative research techniques served as the North for the
preparation of this work, where we propose reflection discussion on the topic for a
better development of pedagogical knowledge.
