Over the course of the 2010's, the academic environment went through several changes to fit with the technological growth today. Therefore, several institutions have started to use systems of academic management looking to improve and automate processes, provide assistance to the student and the teacher, provide lesson material and other types of resources. And so the LMS's started to consolidate and to be effective in the academic environment, facilitating the lives of students and teachers and democratizing access to knowledge. In the state of Rio Grande do Norte, the Escola de Governo uses Moodle platform to conduct short duration courses which aim to add the knowledge of the public employees. Based on several calls that were witnessed, it could be possible to realize that there was a failure in communication between student and platform, which would be indicative of evasions and failures in the courses. Therefore, it was decided to conduct an analysis of the user experience of the Moodle platform at the Escola de Governo and thus suggest possible corrections at points of the interface that cause this deficit in communication.
