Aplicação do método de avaliação heurística no sistema Compre Perto

Abstract

The present work intends to present the application of the heuristic evaluation method in the sales flow of the Compre Perto system, with the objective of identifying which usability heuristics were violated in the construction of the system, defining which changes should be applied according to the degree of importance and propose a new version of the user interface based on the violated usability heuristics. For this, the exploratory research method was adopted in order to collect inputs on Nielsen's usability heuristics and the application of the heuristic evaluation process. Finally, improvements were proposed for the Compre Perto system interface through the modeling of a prototype.
