Experiências e aprendizados : um relato de experiência profissional no setor de reservas do Sun Bay Pipa Hóteis

Abstract

The present work is an experience report related to the supervised internship in the company Sun Bay Pipa Hotels of the hotel scope located in Pipa, municipality of Tibau do Sul/RN. The internship lasted eleven months and thirteen days, in the Reservation Sector, with a workload of 5 hours daily and 30 hours per week. The plan of activities planned in the internship period were: Service in Reservation Center; Operational and administrative controls relevant to the reservation department; Assistance and technical support for hotel management software. Thus, this internship report will present the learning and results achieved with the improvement of techniques and updating of patterns of activities throughout the period, as well as the relevant aspects about the organization, performance, and operation of the sector. Subsequently, the activities developed during the period in the organization are described, as well as the results achieved. Finally, the positive points, learning, challenges, and opportunities generated in this internship experience are exposed.
