With the unveiling of the relevant study object to the proposed theme, this research presents the results of an investigative analysis on the perception of the servers in relation to the expected benefits and / or achieved, resulting from the practice of activities that provide the Quality of Life at Work . The objective of this study was to evaluate the Quality of Life at Work servers with ployment in progress of Leisure Project and Quality of Life IFRN - Campus of São Gonçalo do Amarante, based on the analysis of physical and mental health, well-being servers, organizational behavior and productivity. Therefore, they used theoretical basis to address important concepts for research. Within the analyzed concepts, developed a descriptive and field research with interviews in Personnel Management sector and officials involved in the preparation and implementation of the Project Leisure and Quality of Life, with the contribution of 04 effective servers linked to the sectors of Personnel Management, Material and Heritage, Academic Office and School Administration, and two of these also play the sector coordinators function. Based on the organizational climate observed between servers IFRN - Campus of São Gonçalo do Amarante was possible to analyze the factors that influence positively and negatively on Quality of Life at Work and productivity of the professionals involved.
