Training consistently requires logging exercises, sets, and routines, but many people
struggle to maintain an organized history and update workouts conveniently,
especially when offline or needing to correct past records. To address this problem,
this work proposes the development of a mobile application that facilitates workout
planning, logging, and tracking, allowing users to create and reuse routines, adjust
exercises and sets, and register workouts retroactively. The solution was built
following an incremental process, with requirements elicitation and prioritization, data
and use-case modeling, and implementation in Flutter using reactive state
management and local persistence in a local-first approach, ensuring operation
without continuous network dependency. The application was validated through
manual testing on real Android devices, which verified the integrity of operations and
data consistency, demonstrating technical feasibility, reliable offline functionality,
correct history maintenance, and adherence to the defined requirements.
