Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables the modeling of existing buildings (As-Built modeling) and the use of these models for thermal analysis. In this context, this manual aims to examine the contribution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to energy analysis in existing buildings, in alignment with the targets of Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG 7), specifically Targets 7.3 and 7.a, as well as Sustainable Development Goal 11 (SDG 11).
