Aplicações da informática na gestão pública municipal : relato de estágio supervisionado na Prefeitura de Jundiá / RN

Abstract

This report presents the activities carried out during the supervised internship in Information Technology at the Municipal Government of Jundiá/RN, focusing on computer and network maintenance. The actions involved preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as support for administrative systems and improvements in technological infrastructure. The internship made it possible to apply knowledge acquired in the course, experience real work situations, and understand the role of Information Technology in public management. The activities included equipment inspection, component replacement, software updates, computer formatting, and reorganization of internal networks. Assistance was also provided to staff members, including clarifying doubts and configuring programs used by the municipal administration. The internship enabled the application of course knowledge, the experience of real work situations, and the understanding of IT’s role in public management. This journey contributed to the development of technical and interpersonal skills, and it is concluded that Information Technology is essential for administrative efficiency and the modernization of public services, strengthening the relationship between government and society.
