Abstract

This report describes the experiences and knowledge acquired during the mandatory supervised internship for the completion of the Computer Technician course, carried out at the Brasilina Augusta de Freitas Library, located in Jundiá/RN. The activities ranged from technical support to users to basic maintenance of Information Technology (IT) equipment. The methodology applied focused on the practical and efficient resolution of the problems presented, using the theoretical basis acquired in the course. The internship allowed the student to apply and improve technical and communication skills, dealing with unforeseen situations, which significantly strengthened their professional training and preparation for the job market.
