Abstract

This report describes the activities carried out by a student from the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte, Campus Canguaretama (IFRN), who was pursuing a technical course in informatics. The student participated in the Young Apprentice program at Camanor Produtos Marinhos S.A, located in Canguaretama, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. During the Young Apprentice program, the student was able to apply the knowledge acquired in the course and also gained new experiences, with the assistance of a professional in the field of informatics who served as the supervisor. The report also discusses the challenges encountered and the methods used by the apprentice during the work period. This experience served as their first exposure to the job market and as practical professional training.
