Análise dos desafios da elicitação de requisitos em um hackathon : um estudo de caso com marcasus
Resumo
This paper analyzes the adaptations of requirements elicitation in the development of a
functional prototype of a system conceived during a hackathon, through a case study on
MarcaSUS, a solution designed to optimize appointment scheduling in the Rio Grande do Norte’s Health System (SUS). The main objective is to analyze the elicitation process in a time-
constrained scenario, seeking to understand the team's strategies when faced with the impossibility of applying a complete requirements gathering cycle, revealing that the author
resorted to a pragmatic approach, combining informal interviews and, predominantly,
brainstorming. It is concluded that, even in a non-ideal environment, it is possible to apply the
fundamentals of Requirements Engineering in an adapted manner, and that methodological
flexibility is essential for the success of projects with strict limitations. The documented
experience contributes to the understanding of requirements elicitation in agile and rapid
prototyping contexts.
