The project entitled "MKT.Lab for the Promotion of Projects with Social Impact in Tourism and Events: Katu Experiences and Aldeia Catu Edition" aimed to evaluate the company Katu Experiences, and Aldeia Catu itself, in the process of preparing and executing the strategic plan of local marketing. In summary, the proposal aimed to facilitate the promotion of businesses and initiatives with social impact in the tourism and events sector, such as the company Katu Experiences and other proposals in the Catu village, ensuring the necessary support for their growth in a competitive and sustainable manner. . To achieve this objective, the project was developed from a set of steps, research was carried out on what Catu was, getting to know Catu, getting to know the company Katu Experiences better, what they wanted to improve in the company and among other information. Interviews, briefings, benchmarking, technical visits and content production were carried out to arrive at the results. Among the main exercise results, the project was produced in collaboration with Katu Experiences, editorial calendars for planning Katu Experiences, planning of the institution's communication actions validated by Katu Experiences themselves, in addition, it produced a set of content to be used in the communication of the company Katu Experiences.
