Mobility is an essential aspect of autonomy and social inclusion, particularly for individuals with visual impairments who face daily challenges in their routine activities. Despite technological advancements, there remains a significant gap in the availability of accessible applications that effectively address the needs of this population. Among the primary obstacles are the difficulty of navigating urban environments, the lack of information about accessible routes, and the scarcity of tools that prioritize usability and inclusion for those with low vision or total blindness. In light of this scenario, we propose the creation of the “Guia Mobile” project, an application designed to facilitate the mobility and daily activities of individuals with visual impairments. This project is founded on the core principles of inclusion and usability, with a focus on meticulously addressing the specific demands of its users. The application will be structured using a CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) system, allowing users to register, update, and personalize routes according to their individual needs. With the “Guia Mobile” proposal, we aim to promote the autonomy and quality of life of individuals with visual impairments by ensuring greater safety and simplifying the execution of daily tasks. This project represents a significant step toward a more inclusive and accessible society by
reating a technological solution that effectively meets the needs of this population and fosters their full integration into urban environments.
