Aplicação web para o gerenciamento de acervo de uma biblioteca escolar

Abstract

School libraries are fundamental to encourage reading and writing among students and to help teachers in their classes. Technology should be used as an aid tool to achieve learning objectives as an environment to promote reading and research. Therefore, the purpose of the work is to develop a solution for the management of a public school library. The methodology was based on interviews with the respective requirements survey. Technologies Spring Framework, Thymeleaf and PostgreSQL were used to carry out this work. The methodology and technologies used in the development were presented, the requirements were surveyed and the use cases were defined. As a result, we have a web system that allows control of the collection and loans made in the library, as well as its users. The system can thus be expanded with the implementation of new features based on new needs that may be identified.
