This research addresses the issue of Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) in clothing, since for fashion the senses are extremely important, especially touch and sight, as they provide experiences, satisfaction and adherence to the public. The aim of this study was to develop a garment with the aim of providing comfort and satisfaction for people who are sensitive to textiles and textures. This is an applied, exploratory and qualitative study, conducted using an online form, in which 49 participants contributed to the understanding of sensitivity and comfort in garments. The product constructed was the jellyfish sensory oversized shirt, developed and designed for people with sensitivities to textiles and textures, which was approved by the users who took part in the usability test. It is a shirt made from 100% cotton fabric, using a sewing technique that avoids contact with the skin, and with embroidery on the sleeves that refers to the elements of a jellyfish, the sleeves were built into the garment. Among the results, the product was improved by replacing the conventional buttons with press studs to make it easier to wear.
