Projeto SERVICEAPP: rede social de prestadores de serviços autônomos
Resumo
According to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE, 2021), Brazil had
14.9 million unemployed people in the 1st quarter of 2021, and the use of digital tools
that allow the relationship between professional service providers and their customers,
although it exists, it is not very widespread or at least it does not serve the vast majority
of professionals, either in large urban centers or in small municipalities in the interior
of the country. This work seeks to develop an Application for mobile devices, called
ServiceApp, which allows the location, hiring and evaluation of service providers, in
addition to real-time communication between providers and customers. The theoretical
foundations on which this work is based are exposed, the methods and materials that
enable the production of the proposed technological solution tool are listed, aspects of
software engineering are demonstrated, artifacts such as diagrams, tables of requirements
and architectural model that allow a more adequate understanding of the case studied
and consequently a solution proposal, presents the results obtained in the development
of the application and made some considerations about the process of development and
construction of this research,
