Abstract

Haemophilia is a condition with inherited changes related to blood clotting that causes bleeding. Hemophiliacs are prophylactically treated by means of medicines distributed by treatment centers and usually for dosing control, a diary is used to record infusions. The city of Pau dos Ferros-RN serves several municipalities in the region and often hemophiliacs travel to the treatment center of this city and can not find the drug. Another problem found was the form of control of the distribution of medicines, which is performed through a notebook, which hinders the process and information search. Given this, the present work aims to develop an integrated system that assists in the communication between hemophilic and distribution center, informing the patient about available drugs, providing an electronic diary for the control of infusions, and assisting the blood center in stock management. and distribution of medicines. The methodology used is qualitative, descriptive and bibliographic, in which studies were conducted with authors and documents that discuss the theme. The developed system is divided into two applications, a web for treatment center use and a mobile one for hemophilic use. The Factor Query tool has been completed and the objectives of the work have been achieved, as it can help in conjunction with the treatment of hemophiliacs and, through information technology, it will be possible to control the processes of drug entry and exit in the blood centers.
