Proposta de implementação de cabeamento estruturado no centro de diagnóstico por imagem de um hospital universitário

Abstract

This work was carried out due to the need to mitigate the problems arising from the wired telecommunications infrastructure of the Diagnostic Imaging Center (ICD) of a university hospital. To this end, after a bibliographic study on Brazilian and international structured cabling technical standards, in particular ABNT NBR 14565, an analysis of the wired network is carried out, verifying non-compliance with current standards, in addition to collecting information on the current situation of the network and future demands for Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Finally, a proposal for a Structured Cabling project is presented to provide a fully qualified network to guarantee quality in support of the communications technologies used in the provision of services offered by the ICD to the population.
