In recent years, automation has been gaining prominence due to the ease in the daily life of a company, making computational resources gain more space, replacing manual resources. Thus, using automated resources, activities become faster and with fewer failures than performed by a human. The main objective of this project is to develop a system for managing requests to use computer labs and controlling access to all users. Back-end systems were developed, where it manipulates and manages the data; Front-end, which has graphical interfaces for laboratory management; Mobile, responsible for sending the command to open or close the laboratory and the system embedded in the hardware to communicate with Wireless Fidelity and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport to control the opening and closing of the laboratory. The hardware prototype responsible for controlling the door mechanism was also developed. After the development, tests were successfully performed on the system and prototype. With the project installed on the Campus, it will be possible to dispense with the use of the laboratory key, being only necessary to point the cell phone camera at the Quick Response Code to use the laboratory. After several research, development and testing for the realization of the project, the aim of developing a system for the management of requests and the opening mechanism and closing of the doors has been reached.
