Avaliação da interface do sistema de viagens Easy Tour Brasil

Abstract

This work presents an evaluation of the interface of the Easy Tour Brazil Travel System. This system is a solution focused on tourism, with the aim of improving the experience of tourists in their travels, using interactive and segmented tourist routes. For the evaluation, a diagnosis was made on the usability of the system through the application of evaluation techniques with questionnaire type data collection, user experience checklist and through an eye tracking in a controlled environment, with this technique a analysis with a heat map to obtain more precise data regarding the efficiency, efficiency and satisfaction of the interface. After collecting and analyzing the data obtained during the evaluations, points of interface improvements were identified. At the end of the analyzes, the identified improvements were applied at the interface.
