Abstract

The present course completion report has as its central objective to descriptively record the activities carried out during the 12-month period of effective professional practice as a young apprentice at Mohawk Revestimentos Rio Grande do Norte Ltda. The assigned tasks were performed in the Mechanical Maintenance Programming Department, where administrative activities were developed, including the recording of information, support for planning routines, and the organization of documents that contribute to the company’s mechanical maintenance control. The experience was extremely enriching for the apprentice’s personal and professional growth, since during the practice period it was possible to apply and consolidate the content covered in the classroom. Not only that, but the coexistence and interaction with experienced professionals allowed for a broader understanding of industrial maintenance processes, highlighting the importance of organization in these processes for the proper functioning of maintenance routines.
