Abstract

This report presents the practices developed during the internship period, from November 26, 2024, to April 29, 2025, at Pousada Sossego, located in Tibau do Sul, Rio Grande do Norte. Demonstrating it’s relevance of this experience for professional and technical improvement in the field of Events. The activities carried out during this time allowed for direct immersion in the routine of the hospitality sector and event organization, enabling the refinement of technical skills acquired during academic training. Focusing on customer service, reservation management, and event organization support, the practices demanded proactivity and adaptability, particularly in organizing multiple simultaneous demands. Challenges faced were overcome with effort and dedication, through creative approaches and the adaptation of environments that required resourcefulness. It is concluded that the internship was a fundamental step for professional And personal maturity, allowing for the construction of solid foundations for the future and a unique understanding of the hospitality area, as well as the importance of excellence in customer service. This experience strengthened perspectives for future opportunities. The report also proposes structural improvements to the training program, aiming to optimize the intern experience and impact the company’s performance.
