Abstract

This report aims to present the practical experiences lived by the student during their participation in the Young Apprentice program, highlighting the activities developed and their contribution to the improvement of their technical training. The professional internships were carried out at Elizabeth Revestimentos, part of the Mohawk Revestimentos Rio Grande do Norte group, specifically in the industrial electrical maintenance sector, providing direct contact with essential procedures and routines in the area. The tasks performed rigorously followed the established internship plan, ensuring alignment between the knowledge acquired in the classroom and the real demands of the companies. This integration between theory and practice enabled the development of technical and scientific skills, as well as fostering an understanding of professional responsibilities. Throughout the period, the learning, safety, and well-being of the apprentice were prioritized, ensuring a solid and coherent training aligned with the objectives of the Electromechanical Engineering course.
