Abstract

The professional practice aims to integrate the theoretical knowledge acquired during technical training with real experiences in the organizational environment. This report presents the activities developed throughout 1 year and 10 months as a young apprentice at Estreito Agropecuária, covering administrative routines, support to the Human Resources sector, organization of the storeroom, participation in internal actions, and collaboration in small corporate events. Among the main activities carried out are the filing and reorganization of documents, the registration of sugarcane guides and hour meters in the internal system, the delivery and control of materials and PPE, stock counting, and material receiving. These experiences enabled the development of skills such as organization, communication, responsibility, and proactivity, generating improvements in document organization, agility in material flows, and strengthened integration among sectors. Thus, this report highlights the knowledge acquired, the results achieved, and the relevance of professional practice for technical education and the development of a professional identity in the contemporary corporate environment.
