Abstract

This Course Completion Report describes the activities carried out by the students Ana Beatriz Freitas Chagas, Jessica Tawanny Soares dos Santos, Lorrany Fernandes Cavalcante, and Ruan Moises da Silva, enrolled in the Integrated Technical Course in Electromechanics at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte, Canguaretama Campus, and working as young apprentices at the company Camanor Produtos Marinhos S.A. During the apprenticeship period, the students were assigned to different sectors of the company: the Sub-assembly sector, responsible for the maintenance of aerators and activities in the ponds; the Electrical sector, in charge of motor rewinding and maintenance of electrical components; and the Administrative sector, where they performed tasks related to planning and organizing the activities of the aforementioned sectors. Throughout the professional practice period, the students carried out activities that contributed to improving the technical knowledge acquired during the course, directly supporting their academic and professional development by enabling the practical application of the theoretical concepts learned in the classroom. This experience also contributed to personal growth, the development of responsibility, and the enhancement of competence within a real work environment. This report details the professional practice activities performed by the young apprentices in each sector in which they worked.
