Abstract

This report addresses the activities conducted by the student Guilherme Nascimento Cruz in the Young Apprentice program associated with the company Vale Verde Impediments Agricola’s Ltda. In Judicial Recovery. The activities conducted had the objective of implementing learning in practice, outside the school environment. Learning through the Young Apprentice program, therefore, prepares the beginner to perform professional activities and to have the ability to discern to deal with different situations in the world of work. At the same time, it allows companies to train qualified labor, something increasingly necessary in an economic scenario in constant technological evolution. The planning activities, maintenance of agricultural machines and analysis of substances took place in the company's mechanical workshop sector, in which the execution of these tasks will be described in detail and in depth, which helped in the development and training of the technician. All actions taken took place in accordance with the internship's activity plan, considering the correlation with the content taught and acquired in the classroom.
