Abstract

This report aims to expose the experience report regarding effective professional practice in the company Elizabeth Revestimentos in the field of ceramic coatings, located in the city of Goianinha/RN. The reported period is one year, starting on January 12, 2022 and ending on February 14, 2023. The effective practice was successfully developed, dedicating itself to bureaucratic contributions, with a workload of 4:00 hours a day and 16:00 hours a week. The planned activities plan during the internship period were: Plan events; Communicate; Demonstrate personal skills; Organize events; Contract service providers; Coordinate the holding of events. Thus, this effective practice report will present the theoretical basis of the area of expertise, the characterization of the organization and operation of the contracting party. The activities developed during the period in the organization, the challenges and possible solutions are described. Subsequently, the conclusion emphasizes the results achieved and adds that the activities contained in the activity plan were performed in the best possible way, since this experience enabled the academic, professional and personal growth of the reporting student.
