SiCAL - Sistema de controle de acesso laboratorial

Abstract

The present work is a research aimed at controlling access to the laboratories of the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Norte - Campus Natal Zona Norte, since currently access occurs manually (written) recording the user, time and date. Therefore, there was the need to create an electronic system that provides a more controlled, but simple, entry of students and teachers to laboratories. For this, it was thought of using a matrix keyboard to register and store it on an SD card, as well as the Arduino prototyping platform to electronically control the flow of users, an electronic lock and an LCD display that makes it even easier and intuitive to use the system, designed to make campus labs simpler and more convenient to use and administer. With this work, it is hoped that the IFRN Campus Natal Zona Norte community will be able to make the most of the laboratories and their equipment.
