Identificação de minerais de lítio nos pegmatitos capoeira e do alemão, município de Parelhas/RN

Abstract

The present work aims to identify and catalog lithium minerals in Capoeira and Alemão pegmatites located in the municipality of Parelhas / RN, in order to verify the presence of potential Lithium mineralizations in the Seridó region, a region that traditionally has evidence of such mineralizations. These pegmatitic bodies are classical in the region and their great potential for lithium minerals is already known, so much so that they are worked for "paraíbas tourmalines" (elbaite indicolite type).
