This work is the result of a study on the significant pedagogical practices in Technical Course of Building Proeja at IF SERTÃO – PE, Campus Petrolina. Opportunity in which pedagogical practice is conceptualized as any planned action, aiming to educate and that receives influence of various factors, here we name as mobilizing elements of teaching practices. It is a qualitative research that used aspects of the methodology of the Comprehensive Interview (KAUFMANN, 2013) to analyze oral speeches of the speakers, graduating students of the Technical Course of Building Proeja, which aimed to understand the meanings attributed to the pedagogical practices and their mobilizing elements. The relevance of the study is the findings from the sensitive listening to the speeches of students on pedagogical practices, here identified as arbitrary, consensus or significant (Bourdieu, 2007). The mobilizing elements of meaningful pedagogical practices have been identified as those coated with symbolic value to learners of Proeja, because they are considered relevant to the integral human formation.
