The Central Unit of Therapeutic Agents (UNICAT) faces significant challenges in medication distribution due to the high volume of services and limitations of existing systems. These difficulties were exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing the need for process improvements, particularly for priority patients. This work continues the system developed by Alves (2022), enhancing functionalities and addressing limitations identified in the previously created mobile application and web system. The new application, named UNICAT Medicamentos, was redesigned using the Expo framework. Key improvements include transforming patients into system users, detailed document validation, enabling login via CPF or email, and personal data editing. The web system, integrated as the administrative
module, was updated with features such as patient listing and data editing for pharmacists. The development process followed iterative methodologies, with frequent validations alongside UNICAT representatives. The proposed solution improves the system's efficiency and flexibility, meeting the institution's current needs.
