<description>Elementos estruturantes para a infraestrutura organizacional dos repositórios institucionais dos Institutos Federais brasileiros
The Institutional Repositories (IR) are strategies of the Open Access movement in favor of the democratization of knowledge. The thesis research aims to recommend structural elements for the organizational infrastructure of the Institutional Repositories (IR) of the Federal Institutes of Professional, Scientific, and Technological Education (IF). To this end, it had the following specific objectives: a) to synthesize the literature regarding the necessary recommendations for the&#13;
organizational infrastructure of institutional repositories; b) to conduct a situational diagnosis of the IRs of the IFs; and c) to highlight the interrelationships between the systemic strategic areas of the Institutes and the repository. Methodologically, it is classified as descriptive and exploratory in terms of purpose, but applied in nature, using procedures such as bibliographic and documentary research. It is characterized as a qualitative approach, and for a better analysis of the issues, it uses content analysis based on Bardin (2011). With the literature review assisted by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) model, 47 scientific articles collected from databases (Scopus, Web of Science, and Library,  nformation Science &amp; Technology Abstracts) were analyzed. The study identifies the organizational infrastructure for institutional repositories, according to the scientific field, in 4 dimensions: 1) Governance; 2) Institutional Policies; 3) Human Resources; and 4) Financial Resources. In the mapping of the 38 Federal Institutes, based on the analysis of Institutional Development Plans (PDI), General Regulations, and Institutional Information Policies, the investigation identified the existence of 29 institutional repositories linked to federal institutions. It points out that the governance of IRs is based on committees, decentralized, and with low formalization of management functions and&#13;
responsibilities. It shows that the repositories are operating without regulations but are frequently linked to libraries and librarians. The research also reveals that only a few Institutes are allocating financial resources to the repository. Nine strategic areas that make up the institutions were observed, and interrelationships between these areas and the institutional repository were established. Structural elements were proposed with actions connected to the 4 dimensions of organizational infrastructure for the repositories of the Federal Institutes. It is concluded that by enabling connections between the repository and the institution, the democratization of&#13;
knowledge is promoted, and Open Access is strengthened.

<description>Jogo digital como ferramenta facilitadora no exercício da matemática fundamental
For students who start their first High School year in a technical integrated course, Mathematics is a hard understanding subject. Based on teachers’ reports to the pedagogical office stating the difficulties from students to resolve activities explained in class and after interviewing a group of students, this work identified reasons such as lack of attention/focus, difficulties on reading the texts and understanding the studied background, troubles on basic mathematical operations from elementary school. Thus, possible solutions were outlined. One option is the implementation of a digital game to be worked at school. This game provides the exercising of fundamental mathematical operations in a way to enhance cognitive aspects and the knowledge about the contents of the subject. It eventually provides a teacher’s feedback about the difficulties or facilities to resolve the questions the game presents. This work presents the proposal of the conceived game.

<title>Concepções de formação profissional técnica de nível médio adotadas pelo IFRN: especificidades e (des)continuidades</title>

<description>Concepções de formação profissional técnica de nível médio adotadas pelo IFRN: especificidades e (des)continuidades
The thesis deals with the concepts of technical training of middle level adopted by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN). Discusses these concepts from the four political-pedagogical projects built in the period 1970 to 2010, spanning three institutionalities: Federal Technical School of Rio Grande do Norte (1970-1998), Federal Center of Technological Education of Rio Grande do Norte (1999-2008) and IFRN (from 2008) as well as three important political contexts of the country: Civil-Military Dictatorship, New Republic and Period of neoliberal ideas in Brazil. The goal is to analyze the configuration of the conceptions of training adopted in the political-pedagogical projects IFRN, with emphasis on the specificities and (dis) continuities, placing them in the context of political, economic and educational change in development in the country. Addresses the relationship work, education and human development in capitalist society, in order to grasp the concept of employee training engendered by that company as well as the possibility of a counter-hegemonic formation. We analyze the formation of mid-level concepts outlined in the educational reforms implemented in the country. We investigate the concepts of training outlined in the political-pedagogical projects IFRN. Makes use of the historical-dialectical materialism, the literature review, the documentary research and interviews were conducted with subjects who participated in the working group coordinator of the drafting of the political-institutional educational projects. The results show that the training of workers in capitalist society has a unilateral character; that the training required by the working class is the omnilateral training; that the formative ideas that permeated the educational reforms in the country between 1970 and 2010 were all envisaged by unilateral training; that, in certain contexts, conceptions of technical training medium level outlined in the political-pedagogical projects IFRN reflect the formative perspectives that guide educational reforms in the country (unilateral training) and, at other times, the institution adopts concepts (training omnilateral) that are not consistent with such prospects; and that between the political-pedagogical projects built from 1970 to 2010 there are more continuities than breaks in relation to the concepts of training adopted. We conclude that the challenge is to institutionalize the IFRN their educational actions omnilateral designing training undertaken in the political-pedagogical project 2009.

<title>Modelo de processo de gestão do conhecimento para centrais de serviços de TI</title>
<link>http://memoria.ifrn.edu.br/handle/1044/1799</link>
<description>Modelo de processo de gestão do conhecimento para centrais de serviços de TI
Maintaining the knowledge about the daily activities of organizations is a big&#13;
challenge. Many organizations consider necessary to have some form of knowledge&#13;
management and that it should be treated as strategic priorities. This context also&#13;
applies to sectors of Information Technology (IT), mainly because it is an area that&#13;
is in constant updates both regarding the emergence of new technologies and the&#13;
high employee turnover rate, which is specific for the sector, especially in the public&#13;
sphere. In this sense, this work aims to build a process model that deals with knowledge management in IT support services with focus on the function of IT service desk.&#13;
This work also aims at the application of the process in an Education, Science and&#13;
Technology Federal Institute. For this, a field research was applied to professionals of&#13;
Information Technology of Federal Institutes in order to better understand the current&#13;
state of knowledge management. The results of this research served as basis for the&#13;
construction of the process model, which was developed using BPMN notation and is&#13;
based on good practices of IT service management of ITIL library and in the concepts&#13;
of knowledge management, mainly those presented by KCS methodology. After the&#13;
process design, the observation of its application at Federal Institute of Rio Grande do&#13;
Norte was performed with the objective of collecting the experience data obtained in the&#13;
implantation of the process in a real environment.
