<description>Questões sociocientíficas: um caminho possível para a promoção da alfabetização científica e tecnológica
Scientific and technological advances are present throughout the social sphere, offering&#13;
contributions to society, but also losses. Considering these aspects, it is essential to discuss&#13;
science and technology in science teaching from a critical, dialogical and interdisciplinary&#13;
perspective, in order to enable a citizen education. Thus, this work is theoretical in nature,&#13;
weaving discussions about the implications of the use of socio-scientific issues with a CTS&#13;
focus as a strategy for promoting scientific and technological literacy. From the development of&#13;
this work and in view of the dialogues established between the authors, it became evident that&#13;
developing proposals in this area implies a certain complexity. However, it is noteworthy that&#13;
even in the face of challenges, this type of approach can cooperate significantly to science&#13;
teaching, contributing to the formation of individuals capable of discussing and making&#13;
decisions of a scientific-technological nature.

This work aims to understand the perception about Chemistry and Chemistry learning of&#13;
integrated high school students, thus, it analyzes the knowledge level of the students of the&#13;
Construction and Information Systems high school programs at the Federal Institute of&#13;
Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN), Mossoró campus. In order&#13;
to achieve that, a qualitative-quantitative research was selected and the use of empirical and&#13;
theoretical reference that collaborate to the analysis and discussion of the proposed theme. In&#13;
this perspective, it is understood that the students recognize the importance of Chemistry for&#13;
society, but resist to learn the subject in school.

The present article aims to understand the views of teachers on various Federal Institutes campi&#13;
about the Science, Technology and Society (STS) relationships, with the goal to understand the&#13;
formation of the teacher and pedagogical practice with STS approach, in high school. The&#13;
research is of mixed methods with a predominance of qualitative aspects. For such, we&#13;
elaborated a data collection instrument with open and closed questions, validated by four&#13;
specialists on face validity. Altogether, 70 professors answered the questionnaire, which main&#13;
results were the comprehension of the educators' views about the STS relationships, the&#13;
formation of students and the implications on approaching these relationships in the classroom.

<description>Estado da Arte : apicultura no ensino
Updating on alternative teaching methods is important to develop classes that promote more&#13;
concrete learning, aiming not only to reach a minimum score required by the school, but that&#13;
the contents can be understood by students in a concrete way. From this perspective, the&#13;
objective of this study was to try to understand the state of knowledge of the subject of&#13;
beekeeping in teaching. To this end, in August 2022, a selection of publications was carried out&#13;
on the Capes platform. The adopted method selected 9 (nine) dissertations to be submitted to&#13;
analytical procedures. The study allows us to consider that the reader of this article has access&#13;
to research that discusses methodological approaches in teaching and that there is a movement&#13;
to advance the teaching-learning process. The didactic orientation goes hand in hand with&#13;
environmental, social, political and economic themes. It can also be considered that what was&#13;
found is close to the Science, Technology and Society - STS approach in teaching.
