The assigned tasks were performed in the Mechanical Maintenance Programming Department, where administrative activities were developed, including the recording of information, support for planning routines, and the organization of documents that contribute to the company’s mechanical maintenance control. The experience was extremely enriching for the apprentice’s personal and professional growth, since during the practice period it was possible to apply and consolidate the content covered in the classroom. Not only that, but the coexistence and interaction with experienced professionals allowed for a broader understanding of industrial maintenance processes, highlighting the importance of organization in these processes for the proper functioning of maintenance routines. The tasks performed rigorously followed the established internship plan, ensuring alignment between the knowledge acquired in the classroom and the real demands of the companies. This integration between theory and practice enabled the development of technical and scientific skills, as well as fostering an understanding of professional responsibilities. Throughout the period, the learning, safety, and well-being of the apprentice were prioritized, ensuring a solid and coherent training aligned with the objectives of the Electromechanical Engineering course.
