The aim of this work is to describe the activities developed during the professional practice that the intern realized at Relations with the World of Work (also known as Assessoria de Relações com o Mundo do Trabalho - ASREMT), linked to Pro-Rectory of Extension (also known as Pró-Reitoria de Extensão - PROEX) of  Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (also known as Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte - IFRN) as a prerequisite to conclude the Technology Undergraduate Course in Marketing. The non-mandatory internship was realized between 10/05/2021 and 01/12/2022, with activities related to assignments of the advisory department in face of job market challenges, aim to contribute to the insertion of young people in opportunities of internship, young apprentice, and job. It is concluded that undertaking the purpose of Marketing in Public Service and Relationship Marketing, the intern had a successful professional development in the job market guiding to new opportunities in their undergraduate area.

This report aims to describe all activities carried out in the supervised internship at Salão e Barbearia do Jocelino, allowing for the elaboration of a diagnosis about the company and, later, improvements to its operation. In the internship, held from November 16, 2020 to June 16, 2021, digital marketing and content marketing actions were developed in which the intern was responsible for taking care of the management, monitoring, and creation and publication of material with relevant content for the audience that follows the company's social media; and, relationship marketing actions through the use of e-mail and transmission list tools in a message application, in addition to carrying out a satisfaction survey. Thus, during the internship, possible points of improvement were identified for the activities developed in digital marketing, content and relationships, many of which were implemented in the aforementioned period. In addition, recommendations were also made on the performance of managers, such as the need for more frequent meetings with the entire team, as well as with the administrative sector, in order to strengthen the role of owners in managing the company. The internship experience provided the student with the first contact with the job market in the marketing area, allowing the application of contents and theories addressed in the Superior Course of Technology in Marketing, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte, in the Natal Campus – North Zone, thus enabling the performance in different fields of activity of the profession, in addition to personal, professional and academic improvement.

The objective of this work is to report the activities developed by the student during the period of performance at Studio Criativo extension project, as a scholarship holder. From this perspective, he had the opportunity to participate in the stages of a Marketing consultancy (a model proposed by Studio Criativo); present directly to the managers the diagnoses of their enterprises and the action plans with the selected proposals to solve their needs; and, contribute to the management of the work teams, as a team leader, through periodic meetings for the planning and monitoring of the activities developed, using online project management platforms. With their participation in this extension project, the fellow had the opportunity to learn how the routine of a Marketing consulting team works, in addition to the difficulties that exist in it; visualize in practice the concepts seen in the classroom and envision future perspectives for your professional performance.

This report aims to lecture about the professional practice operationalized in the Technological Incubator of João Câmara Campus - ITJC, intending to relate the learning acquired during the formation of the higher education course of Technology in Marketing at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN) - Campus Zona Norte (IFZN), with the experiences developed in the organization aiming to contribute to the organizational, performance through the development of branding strategies and the maintenance of visual identity to reposition the Incubator and strengthen its image in the market. As an improvement proposal, a briefing followed by a Brand Management Plan was developed with the intention of awakening a new look for the Institution under the expectations of its stakeholders. The reason for choosing this procedure arose when observing the need to restructure ITJC's image according to its purpose of operation and, in addition, to have the opportunity to gather a set of information arising from the knowledge obtained during the study of the subject Brand Management aligned with the experience obtained during the internship.
