<description>Para além do monetário: um estudo exploratório sobre as revoluções industriais e suas moedas de troca
During the year 2022, I noticed that no academic work in Brazil addressed the history of the products that were emblematic in each revolution. practices the effect it had at the time, with that, I divided it into three periods, the first revolution, which was from the 18th to the 19th century, the second revolution, which was from the 19th to the middle of the 20th, and the third was from the 20th to the XXI. This research starts from a theoretical basis on the three revolutions individually, considering works such as Gregory Clark and David Jacks (2007), Joel Mokyr (1998), Phyllis Daene (1979), among other authors. The research is done with a bibliographical look, that is, I will only show and talk about the historical part of each chosen product, and I will use articles and authors' books.

<description>Gestão de suprimentos industriais: estudo de caso em uma empresa internacional
The following study aims to understand the logistics strategies used by a company in the industrial supplies industry. It was realized that there were not many studies on the subject, and it was decided to conduct a research on the theme. In order to reach the objectives, a case study was used, together with questionnaires involving the commercial and logistics sectors, which allowed for a better understanding of the company's operation in terms of logistics. The results of the questionnaires were analyzed with the support of theoretical foundation in the area of logistics, purchasing, and strategy, the mentioned foundation was related to what occurs in the company's processes, and according to what was obtained in these, flowcharts were formulated that explain key points of the operation of the company's logistics sector. It was concluded that the company operates in a pattern of strategic direction focused on logistics, despite the occurrence of occasional flaws that impair the overall functioning of the supply chain in which the company is inserted.

This study aims to analyse the commercialization of fertilizers in light of the bilateral relations between Brazil and Russia. To carry out this work, the theoretical and analytical method of Gonçalves (2005) was used, and the methodology used was content analysis, with a descriptive and exploratory character. The bilateral relations between Brazil and Russia within the international system present a set of common interests in the economic, political, and cultural spheres, which can be seen in the historical aspects between these actors. In recent years, the marketing of Russian fertilizers to Brazil has obtained significant numbers, which makes one realize the importance of the marketing of fertilizers to Brazilian agribusiness and reinforces the country's dependence on imports of the input, since in 2016, the fertilizer factories in Brazil closed under the allegation of not being profitables. With the war between Russia and Ukraine, which began on February 24, 2022, Brazil's external vulnerability is noted, as the sanctions imposed on Russia due to the conflict suspended fertilizer imports to Brazil. At the risk of running out of long-term fertilizer stocks for future harvests, the Brazilian government is studying how to reduce its dependence on fertilizer imports in future years.

<title>Modelo de prospecção internacional de clientes potenciais: o caso Tapuio</title>

<description>Modelo de prospecção internacional de clientes potenciais: o caso Tapuio
The purpose of this research is to study the best way to find prospective clients at the&#13;
 international level for dairy products. Through previous studies and the case of Tapuio&#13;
 company, it was noticed the main focus of prospecting clients is on business expansion. For&#13;
 achieving the mapped goal, information was gathered about the macro environment of&#13;
 marketing and about prospection. As it was not possible to find specific data about import and&#13;
 export of buffalo’s cheese, it was used the generalized term. Therefore, a model of international&#13;
 prospecting was elaborated for finding prospective clients with eight simple steps to export&#13;
 buffalo’s cheese. Based on the information collection using the internet, Argentina and Chile&#13;
 were selected as prospective markets. Their macro environments were analyzed in order to find&#13;
 importers/distributors that might have interest of working with this type of cheese. Following&#13;
 the steps of the model, 50 companies were selected in which three responded with a period of&#13;
 one week, two out of those three companies have interest of working with this product and one&#13;
 showed no interest. Thus, it is concluded that the proposed model is efficient and its efficiency&#13;
 level will depend on the approach used by the companies.
