Among the activities carried out, the following stand out: providing assistance and guidance to students and companies, supporting selection processes, preparing contracts, registering students in Unified Public Administration System SUAP, organizing files, producing institutional and promotional materials, as well as supporting administrative routines and monitoring the sector’s actions. The results highlighted the importance of the intern’s role in optimizing internal workflows and improving communication with target audiences, contributing to the strengthening of the institution's image and the effectiveness of the services provided. Improvement proposals made during the internship, such as standardizing the visual identity and digitizing processes, were partially implemented and showed potential for positive impact. It is concluded that the experience provided essential complementary training for the student's professional development, broadening their understanding of public administration, the strategic role of extension activities, and the practical application of institutional marketing. 2025-07-01T00:00:00Z http://memoria.ifrn.edu.br/handle/1044/2861 A gestão de repositórios institucionais: uma análise a partir das políticas institucionais de informação dos institutos federais brasileiros : Institutional policies are guiding instruments for managing repositories. This study analyses the guidelines for managing Institutional Repositories at Federal Institutes based on institutional information policies. It maps the institutes with repositories in operation and searches for institutional documents. It is classified as exploratory and descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach using document analysis procedures. It points out that the Institutes' institutional IR information policies have more general guidelines aimed at management, such as the formation of management committees. There is a link with the libraries to carry out IR support and management activities. The research aims to verify the level of satisfaction of users of the library of a campus of the Federal Institute. It uses an applied research study, with descriptive purpose and the form of quantitative approach with the application of questionnaire. It identifies that the majority of users are students of integrated technical education and presents satisfaction with the services provided, however they point out points that need to be revised. It concludes by pointing out that one of the aspects that could be improved was the insufficient number of technical titles and the question of silence appropriate to a study environment. 2018-01-01T00:00:00Z
