The activities ranged from technical support and preventive and corrective hardware maintenance to direct user assistance. The management of these services occurred via the Unified Public Administration System (SUAP), through the resolution of technical requests opened by staff, students, outsourced workers, and visitors. In the support area, demands related to software, operating systems, and hardware infrastructure were resolved. The experience allowed for an understanding of the strategic role of the CTI in the continuity of academic and administrative activities, highlighting the practical challenges of IT routines.
