In Software Engineering, approaches based on methods, methodologies, or&#13;
processes are widely employed to guide the definition, design, evaluation, and&#13;
maintenance of systems. However, when the focus shifts to programming languages,&#13;
the landscape is different: although the literature recognizes the evolutionary nature&#13;
of these languages, there is a noticeable scarcity of systematized processes&#13;
equivalent to those found in traditional software engineering. This absence of&#13;
structured models entails significant challenges, particularly in the long-term&#13;
maintenance and evolution of languages. To mitigate this problem, this work&#13;
proposes NILO, an iterative and incremental process model designed to&#13;
systematically guide the development of programming languages. Additionally, the&#13;
feasibility of its phases and artifacts is validated through a case study.

Interface evaluation is a fundamental practice for ensuring the quality and usability of interactive systems. In the context of the Technology in Systems Analysis and Development course at IFRN, this practice is central and supported by a research project initiated in 2019, which resulted in the creation of the Eureca List 2024, a consolidated inspection-based evaluation instrument. This work presents itself as the next evolutionary step of this research, addressing the challenge of optimizing the manual application of the list. The objective was to conceive and develop the first version of the frontend prototype, a web tool to automate, standardize, and optimize the evaluation process. The methodology was based on the Problem Laboratory for the investigation of needs and culminated in the development of the frontend with React, guided by User Stories. The main result is a prototype that implements the essential workflow of an individual evaluation, from project management to the registration of issues, and which was developed to integrate with a backend API, developed in parallel by another student of the course. It is concluded that the prototype validates the proposal's feasibility, establishing a foundation for future work, such as the implementation of collaborative modules and engagement strategies.

<description>Compra solidária: conectando o campo à mesa por meio de um aplicativo para a agricultura familiar
The Nova Cruz region in Rio Grande do Norte, located in the Potiguar&#13;
Agreste, is home to approximately 5,000 family farmers distributed across 49 rural&#13;
communities. These farmers engage in subsistence farming, producing crops and&#13;
livestock such as cassava, mixed cattle farming, corn, beans, sweet potatoes,&#13;
poultry, and swine, among other products. The area lacks an active cooperative,&#13;
relying instead on a few associations which, according to local Emater data, have&#13;
limited operations. This project aims to develop an app to facilitate direct trade&#13;
between family farmers and end consumers, eliminating the need for middlemen.&#13;
The project employed an applied methodology, using a qualitative approach that&#13;
included data collection through surveys and direct interviews with farmers. Upon&#13;
completion, a web-based administrative dashboard was created to manage farmers,&#13;
alongside a mobile app for selling products and managing farmers' stores. This&#13;
initiative seeks to boost the local economy by connecting producers and consumers&#13;
in a direct and efficient manner.
